Helena Huger completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degree in educational science at the University of Regensburg. In her Master's thesis entitled "The development of teamwork skills and expertise in simulated learning environments", she investigated central processes of competence development in practical, simulation-based learning settings. Her overarching research interests lie in the areas of competence and expertise development, particularly in the context of professional settings.
