Prof Dr Regina H. Mulder

Prof. Dr Regina H. Mulder is a professor at the University of Regensburg and heads the Chair of Pedagogy II, which specialises in vocational continuing education and learning organisations. She combines academic thinking, innovative practice and work within university committees and structures, and shapes the chair – which has both an international focus and local roots – into a place where research, teaching and knowledge transfer work closely together.

Key areas of interest

Research examines learning and development processes in vocational continuing education at several levels: at the individual level (e.g. competences, motivation, reflection, learning activities and innovative work behaviour), the team level ( e.g. team learning, shared knowledge and mental models, communication, emotions, diversity and leadership) and at the organisational and systemic levels ( e.g. structures that support learning, innovation and diffusion within organisations and in vocational education and training, analyses and international comparisons of education and training systems).
