Regina H. Mulder (Pedagogy II)

At the Chair of Pedagogy II, we investigate continuing vocational education and training as well as learning organisations. The focus is on formal and informal learning and development processes and behaviour in the workplace at an individual, team and organisational level.

Prof. Dr Regina H. Mulder is a full professor at the University of Regensburg and is curently holding the Chair of Pedagogy II with a focus on vocational education and training and learning organisations. She combines scientific thinking, innovative practice and university committee and structural work and shapes her internationally orientated and locally anchored chair as a place where research, teaching and practice work closely together.
