News: Hartmann gets off to a flying start in Regensburg

At the start of the 2023 winter semester, Professor Hartmann took up his post at the Faculty of Law. At the University of Regensburg, Hartmann holds the Chair of Public Law, commercial and business law, and administrative sciences. “I am really looking forward to all the new things that await me,” says Hartmann, who is joining from the University of Osnabrück: “I am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities, to my colleagues in public law and across the whole faculty, to interdisciplinary collaboration, the IREBS Institute and the university’s international partnerships, to the excellent working conditions, to my staff, to the students of Regensburg, the ‘white-and-blue’ way of life and Bavarian state law.” The photograph shows the President of the University of Regensburg, Professor Dr Udo Hebel, presenting the certificate of appointment.
