Something special in Regensburg! Study law in combination with the LL.B. in Digital Law!
As the future of legal work will be a digital one, ‘Digital Law’ is not merely a passing trend. Rather, digital technologies will have a lasting impact on our legal system. Even now, lawyers with expertise in legal informatics and an understanding of the legal challenges posed by digitalisation are in desperate demand by major commercial law firms, companies, courts, public authorities and professional bodies; the demand for legal advice is enormous and will continue to rise with the rapid spread of legal tech applications in business, government and the courts. Just as the successful digitalisation of our working and business worlds is crucial to the future strength and competitiveness of our economy, so too is it for the future of legal advice.
By combining the two degree programmes, you can gain an additional qualification that is immensely important today – and a further degree (LL.B.) – with only a minimal amount of extra effort!
As a first-year student, you can enrol in both degree programmes as part of a dual degree scheme straight away, or you can add the other programme to your existing course whilst you are already studying.
Your law-related academic achievements will be recognised, which means that, where equivalent, a single module can count towards both degree programmes!
