News: Final Report of the Reform Commission on “Civil Procedure of the Future”

On January 31, 2025, the “Civil Procedure of the Future” Reform Commission published its final report.

The federal and state ministers of justice had decided to establish the Reform Commission—at Bavaria’s initiative—at the Third Federal-State Digital Summit in November 2023. The commission was chaired by the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice, and the Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

Prof. Dr. Althammer was a member of the reform commission.
