On 7 and 8 October 2025, Prof. Kühling, together with the Federal Network Agency and his colleague from Würzburg, Prof. Ludwigs, organised the 21st Railway Law Research Days in Berlin. Industry experts discussed current regulatory issues relating to this infrastructure, which is so important for Germany, with 150 participants. The focus was on current challenges such as the ongoing corridor modernisation programme. The traditional event was opened by the Vice-President of the Federal Network Agency, Dr Brönstrup.
