News: “Berlin, Berlin, we’re off to Berlin” – and to Potsdam!

11 July 2024, by Prof. Dr Bernd J. Hartmann, LL.M. (Virginia)

  • Law

In the summer term of 2024, the Chair of Public Law organised a two-day field trip to Berlin and Potsdam. Students from Regensburg were given the opportunity to learn about career paths in public law. The programme focused in particular on climate change and its legal implications, including within the field of planning law. The trip took us to the Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ), the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the law firm Dombert Rechtsanwälte. The excursion took place as part of a conversation exercise within the specialisation area. For details of the excursion, which received generous support from the Faculty of Law at the University of Regensburg, Dombert Rechtsanwälte and the BDI, please see our travel report (opens in a new window).
