Issues relating to climate protection, parliamentary law, public participation, Chinese law and, once again, climate protection were the focus of the PhD workshop held on 7 and 8 December. The supporting programme took the PhD students and staff from the Chair to, amongst other places, Regensburg’s Old Town Hall, where the Perpetual Imperial Diet once put matters ‘on the back burner’ and the electors made decisions ‘behind closed doors’.
