As part of the international conference “Civil, Administrative, and Criminal Law Aspects of the Application of Artificial Intelligence,” held at Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa, Tabea Bauermeister gave a presentation on deepfakes. Therein, she compared German privacy protection with the GDPR and the AI Act.
