At the expert committee „Data Law“ of the German Association for Intellectual Property Law (GRUR), Tabea Bauermeister gave a presentation on AI training using user data and the Digital Markets. The presentation was motivated by the ruling by the Higher Regional Court of Cologne in the case brought by the Consumer Advice Center of North Rhine-Westphalia against Meta.
