The regulations governing digital products (Sections 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)) are presented in seven learning modules designed to date by Tabea Bauermeister. The modules provide a comprehensive introduction, covering everything from the subject matter of the contract and the background in EU law right through to product modifications. A further seven learning modules – focusing in particular on rights relating to defects, B2B relationships and hybrid forms – will follow.
