Wird das Publikations-Element ohne weitere Einstellungen verwendet, zeigt es alle im System vorhandenen Publikationen an. Um nur die Publikationsliste der aktuellen Seite anzuzeigen, muss diese aktiv unter Plug-In → Filter → Zeige nur Publikationen von diesen Seites gesetzt werden. Es können auch mehrere Seiten gewählt werden. Ebenfalls unter Filter steht die Möglichkeit zur Verfügung nur die Werke bestimmter Autoren anzeigen zu lassen oder nach Publikationststaus zu filtern.
Bei der Darstellung kann zwischen vier verschiedenen Zitierstilen gewählt werden, es ist möglich, dass die Administration später weitere hinzufügt. Beispiele für die verschiedenen Zitierstile finden sich auf dieser Seite.
Weitere Optionen die zur Verfügung stehen ist die Beschränkung der Datensätze, die pro Seite ausgegeben werden sollen und die Möglichkeit des Exports anzubieten.
