Teaching

Objective

The aim of the programme is to provide students of real estate management with subject-specific teaching in the field of sustainability within the real estate sector. Raising awareness of sustainability amongst future decision-makers in the real estate sector at an early stage is of crucial importance for the entire industry. Only by resolving the apparent conflict of objectives between ecology, economy and social justice can the real estate sector make its contribution to intergenerational justice and global climate protection. A high proportion of practical work complements the teaching. This fosters students’ problem-solving skills in the long term.
