Julius Kerker completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and spent a semester abroad at the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon. He subsequently completed an M.Sc.RE in Real Estate Management, specialising in real estate management and development as well as real estate investment and finance, at the International Real Estate Business School (IRE|BS). He gained valuable practical experience through work placements in the field of project development.
Since August 2025, Julius Kerker has been working as a research assistant at the Centre of Competence for Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry, headed by Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert, at the IRE|BS Institute for Real Estate Economics at the University of Regensburg.
