Talent & Match 2026 

The District of Regensburg, together with the University of Regensburg and OTH Regensburg, is pleased to invite you to Talent & Match 2026 – a job speed-dating event connecting international students with companies from the region.

During this structured speed-dating format, participating companies hold a series of short, focused introductory meetings with selected students, allowing both sides to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

The event focuses on:

• Internships;
• Working student positions;
• Thesis projects;

• Direct entry positions.

   

Language proficiency in German (at least B1) is required.

Talent & Match 2026 provides an efficient and personal setting to make first contacts: focused, informal, and without the need for complex arrangements. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your skills, get to know companies in the region, and explore your next career steps.

12:30 - 13:00 | Registration

13:00 – 14:15 | Warm-Up Workshop: "From shy to confident. How to present yourself and convince employers."

Get ready for your speed-dating session with employers by building confidence and clarity in how you present yourself. In this interactive warm up workshop, you’ll practice your personal pitch, learn how to turn interviews into real conversations and receive instant feedback to improve on the spot. You’ll leave feeling self-assured, energized and fully prepared to make a strong and authentic impression.

14:15 – 14:30 | Coffee Break & Arrival of company representatives

14:30 | Official opening with all participants

15:00 – 17:00 | Speed dating sessions in private rooms

17:00 – 18:00 | Wrap-up and open networking session

Please note: participants register for the event, and time slots will be assigned internally. It is not possible to sign up for specific companies.
