Event: Successful Communication in the German Workplace

In this interactive workshop, you will gain hands-on experience of how communication works in the German workplace. The workshop covers both linguistic aspects and cultural nuances: 

• What is considered important when communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and business partners?
• How is feedback given and understood?
• And how can you respond confidently in conflicts and other challenging situations?

The workshop helps you overcome uncertainties, strengthen your communication skills, and prepare specifically for your entry into the German workforce. 

Through varied exercises and realistic examples, you’ll gain practical background knowledge, practice your skills, reflect together, and get answers to your questions - all in an open and supportive atmosphere!

Please note: German language proficiency at the B1 level is required.
