BAföG Officer

Certificates of academic achievement in accordance with Section 48 of the BAföG are issued to law students by Prof. Dr Müller.

Please send us the following documents:

  1. Form 5 from the BAföG office (the top section completed by you)
  2. A current certificate of academic achievement (available via Flexnow)
  3. A certificate of enrolment for the last completed semester. Applications submitted during the summer semester must therefore be accompanied by the certificate from the previous winter semester. Applications submitted during the winter semester must be accompanied by the certificate from the previous summer semester.
  4. Certificates of academic achievement can only be provided for the previous semester. In other words, only for work actually completed and not in advance!
  5. Please state clearly and unambiguously for which semester the form is required. (4th, 5th, 6th, etc. – not ‘summer semester, but I’ve included this and that for you!’) We will no longer process emails of this kind! This is a department office, not the BAföG office.

As we have recently been receiving an increasing number of forms that are poorly completed or not completed at all, here is a reminder:

A certificate of academic achievement can only be issued if the documents are submitted in full.

Documents must be submitted to the department’s email address: lehrstuhl.mueller@jura.uni-regensburg.de

Please ensure you send a proper email , not a calendar entry or note . Calendar entries will NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT!
