15th Regensburg Property Law Conference on 18 June 2021
Under the title ‘Karlsruhe has ruled: No state jurisdiction over rent control – what now?’, the 15th Regensburg Real Estate Law Conference will bring together leading experts to discuss the future of rent control. For the event, organised by IREBS Professor Kühling on Friday 18 June 2021, Prof. Dr Dr h.c. Lars P. Feld, Chair of Economic Policy and Regulatory Economics at University of Freiburg and former Chair of the German Council of Economic Experts, has been secured as the keynote speaker.
The event, for which a fee applies, will take place online via Zoom.

12th Regensburg Property Law Conference on 13 October 2017
On 13 October 2017, Prof. Dr Gerrit Manssen organised the 12th Regensburg Real Estate Law Conference together with Prof. Dr Dr Herbert Grziwotz, in cooperation with the ZfIR and the IRE|BS Institute of Real Estate Economics, and with the participation of Prof. Dr Jürgen Kühling, organised the 12th Regensburg Real Estate Law Conference at the University of Regensburg. Under the theme “Amendments to the BauGB and urban development contracts – current issues and developments”, this year’s event focused on various issues relating to public law. As in previous years, renowned experts were invited to speak, with their presentations serving as a catalyst for subsequent discussion and exchange of views.

On 14 October 2016, Prof. Dr Wolfgang Servatius, together with Prof. Dr Dr Herbert Grziwotz and in cooperation with the ZfIR, organised the 11th Regensburg Real Estate Law Conference at the University of Regensburg.
