As an interdisciplinary field, company law encompasses, amongst other things, company law, capital markets law, insolvency law and employment law. It takes the company, its organisational structure and its legal relationships as the starting point for an in-depth analysis and has now come to be of considerable economic significance. This series comprises legal studies that do justice to this distinctive nature of corporate law and address fundamental and current issues across the entire spectrum of the subject. Given the far-reaching influence of EU law, great emphasis is placed on European and international legal contexts.

The series is open to high-quality and excellent academic theses (doctoral theses and post-doctoral theses, including those from other faculties) as well as relevant monographs.
