What makes this program special?
Dentists can specialise in implantology or periodontology, aesthetic cosmetic dentistry, endodontics (root canal treatment), reconstructive dentistry or facial epithetics, for example.
What can I do with this degree?
Dentists examine patients, assess the dental status and diagnose dental, oral and jaw diseases, including anomalies in the position of the teeth. They determine treatment measures, carry out dentistry treatments and preventive examinations and document the diagnosis and course of treatment. They also advise patients on ways to prevent dental and jaw diseases and damage.
