  • Executive MBA in Real Estate Finance
    This degree program is aimed at experienced professionals who want to develop an in-depth understanding of real estate finance and investment. The aim is to help shape the property sector in the long term and to acquire sound financial skills.
  • Executive MBA in Real Estate International
    The international focus is on global property markets, particularly in the USA, the UK and Asia. Participants benefit from study visits to renowned partner institutions: the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge (USA), the Henley Business School on the campus of the University of Reading (UK) and the ESSEC campus in Singapore.

Do you want to make a difference? With the Executive MBA in Real Estate, you will develop into a manager who stands for personal and entrepreneurial progress in the long term.

The degree program is aimed at real estate professionals who want to shape the industry sustainably and gain a better understanding of real estate finance and investment as well as international markets, particularly the USA, UK and Asia.

Upon Degree of your career-integrated programs you will receive the title "Master of Business Administration (MBA)".

The degree program is also accredited by the renowned RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

The programme is offered by the IREBS Immobilienakademie, an affiliated institute of the University of Regensburg, as a career-integrated programs and lasts 15 months. Courses take place in Regensburg, Eltville (near Frankfurt) and Berlin - supplemented by international modules at leading universities worldwide:

  • Harvard Graduate School of Design (USA)
  • Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK)
  • ESSEC Business School (Singapore)

All lectures are held in English. The last three months are dedicated to the Master's thesis.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive the academic degree "Master of Business Administration (MBA)", awarded by the Faculty of Business Economics, Economics and Real Estate at the University of Regensburg.

In this degree program, you will learn about international markets and your negotiation strategies. You will also gain insights into the valuations and urban planning of the respective cities. The prices are exempt from VAT.

The tuition fee is divided into three instalments with the following payment terms:

I. instalment (20 %): 14 days after receipt of written admission

II instalment (40%): at the start of the course

III instalment (40 %): at the start of the second semester

  • How much does the Executive MBA in Real Estate (MBA) intensive study programme cost?
    The Executive MBA in Real Estate (MBA) programme takes place in Germany, the USA, the UK and Singapore.
