In the border regions with the Czech Republic in particular, Czech is part of the range of foreign languages taught at secondary schools, grammar schools and other educational institutions.

“I found the Czech teaching degree programme in Regensburg to be a very personal and lively course that goes far beyond the traditional university routine. I was able to deepen my language skills and regional studies in intensive Czech lessons, and thanks to practical didactics I was able to actively contribute my enthusiasm for the Czech language and culture. Thanks to the individual support in the specialised courses, especially in linguistics, I felt optimally prepared for the State Examination.”
