She is part of the team behind the initiative GottesSuche - Glaube nach Gewalterfahrungen (Search for God - Faith after Experiencing Violence) and is a counsellor at the German Bishops' Conference's contact point for women who have experienced violence in the church.
Main areas of work: Pastoral care after abuse, trauma-sensitive language of God, systemic effects when abuse is uncovered in institutions and abuse against women religious.
