Faculty board adopts code of conduct for respectful interaction

On 21 January 26, the faculty board adopted a Code of Conduct for the Faculty of Catholic Theology. This document sets out the principles for respectful and considerate interaction within the faculty. The Code was drawn up by a working group which began its work in the winter semester of 24/25 and comprised representatives from all member groups. It also incorporates the results of a risk analysis survey conducted in the summer semester of 25 and a wealth of valuable feedback from discussions within the member groups.

Equality Policy of the Faculty of Catholic Theology

The objective of equal rights and equality for women is reflected nationwide in the research sector through the DFG’s equality standards, in the Bavarian Higher Education Act of 2006 (Article 4), and, at Regensburg University, in the preamble to the 2019 constitution of the university, the University’s Development Plan up to 2020 and the University’s equality policy for the years 2018 to 2022. These concepts, their further development and their application in other faculties form the basis for the implementation of corresponding measures within the Faculty of Catholic Theology as well.
