News: BCJ.Bavaria study award for Marko Jovanović

M. Theol. Marko Jovanović, chair coordinator and assistant professor at the Chair of Ancient Church History and Patrology and the Centre for Advanced Studies "Beyond Canon_", has won first place in the "University I" category of the BCJ.Bavaria Study Award 2021 for his master's thesis "Franz Mußner's Interpretation of the Letter of James in relation to Jewish-Christian Dialogue", supervised by Prof. Dr Tobias Nicklas. BCJ.Bavaria e.V. (external link, opens in a new window) (Begegnung von Christen und Juden) is an association for the promotion of Christian-Jewish dialogue in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria. Mr Jovanović is now deepening and expanding his relevant research as part of a dissertation on the topic of "Jews and Christians: Separate paths or intertwined lines? An outline of the history of research".
