Lecture series: School in Europe. Systemic. Comparative. Future-orientated.
The lecture series discusses European education systems and current developments. Experts present European education systems and discuss current developments. The contributions follow a standardised structure: Firstly, historical lines of development are outlined, followed by a description of reforms and their contextual conditions. The structure and organisation of the respective school system is also analysed. In addition, a concrete insight into pedagogy in schools is given and current discussions and development perspectives of the respective school system are discussed.
The lecture series is a joint project of the universities of Graz, Regensburg, Vechta, Pristina and Gießen. The event is open to all interested parties.
