Event: Decide with Confidence and Clear Your Doubts

Are you facing an important decision that you want to carefully consider? Do you tend to avoid making decisions or delay them? With countless options available, do you sometimes lose sight of what matters?
Many of us have not only a unique way of approaching decisions but also the inner strength to handle them successfully. In this workshop, you will analyze your decision-making style and work on an upcoming decision. Through exchange with colleagues and coaching impulses, you will gain clarity and confidence to make well-founded decisions and trust in them.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to

• reflect on their typical decision-making behavior and recognice their personal strength
• use their inner conflict as a valuable resource and deliberately apply perspective shifts to support decision-making
• develop a balanced approach to decision-making and dealing with doubts
