Location and access

Central library ground floor, room 5.19 C.
Before using the workstation for the first time, we urgently ask you to consult the supervisor.

Equipment

  • Windows PC with the usual software in CIP-Pools
  • Voice output and Braille display for the blind
  • Zooming software for screen magnification for the visually impaired
  • Text recognition and read aloud function
  • Access to the university network

Digitization service

The MultiMediaCenter offers blind and visually impaired students and staff the opportunity to have documents from the library's holdings scanned in various text and image formats free of charge.

On request, we can also provide the materials as audio files.
