The MultiMediaCentre in the Central Library offers several scanners with which books, microfiches, microfilms and slides can be scanned. There is also a large format scanner for documents up to A0.
The scanners are available free of charge to all students and employees of the University of Regensburg for scientific purposes. For an introduction to the functions of the devices, please contact the contact persons during the opening hours of the MultiMediaCentre. The assignment of the device is done via assignment lists, a registration about one or two days before the desired scan date is recommended.
In addition to the self-service scanner use free of charge, the MultiMediaCentre also offers a fee-based scan order service to all students and staff of the University of Regensburg.
