Before Arrival
These documents are only for students who have already been nominated as exchange students by their home university!
Application and admission
The application is done online via the application portal after the nomination by your home university has been announced. Please inform yourself about the exact application procedure in advance.

Learning Agreement for Overseas Exchange Students
Form for students from countries in North and South America, Asia and Australia.
⇒ Learning agreement for overseas students
The learning agreement can also be submitted after the official application deadlines. However, all other documents must be submitted by the application deadline.
European ERASMUS+ students contact their International Office at home to obtain the learning agreement.
