GENE PRIORITISATION PLATFORM

Gene PriortiSation

The publicly accessible internet platform "Gene PriortiSation " (GPS, http://rmedgps1.ur.de/gps/) was developed by project C6 to make complex genetic information accessible and link it to other research data. These data include genome-wide genetic associations with kidney function, functional evidence for chromatin accessibility in kidney tissue, and information about rare kidney disease genes obtained in the SFB 1350 projects (e.g., C4, C5, C6). It is also intended that other data formats such as "single cell RNAseq" and proteomic data will be linked to these data in the future.
