Teaching

In teaching, we deal with different facets of the German language and culture that have proven to be particularly relevant for teaching in different educational contexts. This includes, for example, analysing and reflecting on the special features of the German language, its grammar and text types, language acquisition theories, aspects of multilingual didactics, pluricentricity and regionality of the German language and culture as well as aspects of intercultural learning. An Internship provides an insight into everyday life as a GFL teacher and rounds off the programme by putting theoretical and academic knowledge into practice.
