What can I do with this degree?

Teaching degree English at grammar schools.

“In the Virtual Exchange seminar, I connected with future English teachers from Türkiye and Israel through a shared project. The personal conversations and the different perspectives were genuinely enriching, especially because we could speak openly, even about difficult topics such as war or trauma. It was also exciting to see how English is taught and perceived in other countries and how much students can learn from such authentic exchanges. I learnt so much from this experience and look forward to bringing it into my future classroom.”

Kübra Sen on the Virtual Exchange Seminar

“I particularly like the fact that a learning space is being created outside the university that combines both academic and social components. I found the closeness and the resulting exchange with the lecturers very enriching and at eye level. I gained a lot of information from the conference, which I would now like to reflect on in more depth afterwards and consider what exactly I would like to take away for myself as a future teacher in relation to ESD and Shakespeare. At the beginning I found it difficult to grasp the connection, but the conference helped me in this respect and showed me good approaches”

“The new learning workshop for foreign language didactics offers a great learning atmosphere for student teachers from all types of schools. The movable tables, flipcharts and technical equipment (document camera, 360° cameras, podcast microphones) allow great flexibility in terms of social forms, methods and lesson organisation. For example, group work can be carried out with different table arrangements and media in a way that stimulates the students.”
