At the annual internal workshop of SFB 1277 “Emergent Relativistic Effects in Condensed Matter” in Waldsassen, our group presented recent results and discussed new ideas for future experiments. Our project C02, “Antiferromagnetic Magnetization Dynamics at the Nanoscale,” was represented by a talk from Andreas Wendeln on current-driven sample excitation and asynchronous sampling in ultrafast TEM, as well as posters by Daniel Geyer, Maike Schöttler, and Andreas Wendeln covering terahertz generation, exciton-polariton transport, and magnetic dynamics. The workshop also provided an opportunity to strengthen our collaboration with Jörg Wunderlich’s group in Regensburg.
