International Microscopy Conference – Our Research in Liverpool

Several members of our group traveled to Liverpool for the 21st International Microscopy Conference to present our latest research and learn about new developments in electron microscopy. Sascha Schäfer gave an invited talk on magnetic dynamics using in-situ and ultrafast Lorentz microscopy, while Alexander Schröder presented his work on vibrational high-harmonics and period-doubling in time-resolved electron diffraction. Sakal Singla presented a poster on exciton-polariton transport in MoS₂ flakes using cathodoluminescence spectroscopy. We also enjoyed meeting our former colleague Vita Solovyeva, with whom we continue to collaborate.
