Curriculum Vitae

born 1961 in Cologne, studied (German language and literature, fundamental philosophical issues in theology, musicology) and completed her doctorate in Münster, 1989-2004 at the University of Augsburg. Habilitation in 1999. 2001-2004 Heisenberg Fellow. Since 1 October 2004 full professor of German language and literature/modern German literature at the University of Regensburg, 2005-2009 member of the Jean Paul Prize jury, 2006-2010 president of the Eichendorff Society, 2010-2015 dean of studies in the Faculty of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, 2012-2016 member of the Study and Teaching Working Group, 2017-2020 university women's representative, 2020-2026 vice-president for internationalization and diversity.
