Dr Dorsch Research Library Christian Archaeology

Since 2016, the Chair of Ancient Church History and Patrology has been delighted to be able to administer an extraordinary donation. From the estate of the late archaeologist Dr Klaus-Dieter Dorsch, almost 4300 books from the field of early Christian archaeology have found a new home in the Dr Dorsch Library.

With our new specialised library, we hope to be able to make the estate available to as many students and researchers as possible in the spirit of the founder.

The Dr Dorsch Research Library for Christian Archaeology is housed in the two offices PT 4.2.70 and PT 4.2.73.
