- Important information: At the heart of our research is the development of novel drug candidates - so-called small molecules - that target underexplored biological targets, such as orphan G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and the enzyme caspase-2. Our goal is to open up new therapeutic avenues for neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease.
