The faculty board is the faculty’s highest decision-making body. Together with the dean, who also chairs the faculty board, it steers the faculty’s future direction. The faculty board approves projects in the fields of research and teaching and is also responsible for establishing new structures and priorities for the faculty. The members of the faculty board are re-elected every two years.
