The in-person phase of the Erasmus Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Molecular Innovation: Function beyond Sweetness” took place in Zagreb. Prof. Nürnberger participated as part of a delegation from the University of Regensburg. In November 2025, students from the partner universities had already visited the chemistry department of the University of Regensburg. Other participating universities include Aveiro, Toulouse, Łódź, and Zagreb.
