The person to contact for any queries regarding study planning, changing degree programmes, module catalogues or examination regulations.

Subject-specific academic advice

If you have specific questions regarding the content, examination procedures and modules for the individual sub-subjects.

BAföG certificates

If you are receiving BAföG, you will usually need to provide evidence of certain achievements after the fourth semester in order to continue receiving funding.

Questions regarding the choice of degree programme and general issues related to university life that do not specifically concern the study of German as a subject.

For a wide range of issues relating to your studies, e.g. financial difficulties or problems with tenancy law, for pregnant students, students with children or those with care responsibilities, and much more.
