Optical Spectroscopy of Semiconductor Quantum Structures

We investigate semiconductor quantum structures based on atomically thin transition metal dichalcogenides and their van der Waals heterostructures. Using advanced optical spectroscopy at low temperatures and high magnetic fields, we probe spin, valley, and charge carrier dynamics in two-dimensional systems. Our research aims to uncover fundamental mechanisms that enable future applications in quantum technologies and spintronics.
