Nazari Zahra, Dr. rer. nat.
I completed my master’s degree in theoretical physics. My interest in mathematics and a stochastic sequence of opportunities led me to pursue a PhD in bioinformatics. During my doctoral research, I focused on developing methods for deconvolution of transcriptomics data. I then began my current postdoctoral position with the goal of extending similar computational approaches to metabolomics data, particularly mass spectrometry. Currently, I am focusing on the preprocessing and analysis of mass spectrometry data acquired through both high-throughput and imaging techniques
