Lotte Heidenthal
- Wichtige Informationen: I am interested in ecological research focused on nature conservation and biodiversity. My work examines plant–pollinator interactions from multiple perspectives, aiming to understand the processes that shape these networks and their consequences, such as effects on the genetic structure of plant populations.
About me
I am an environmental ecologist. Currently, I am working as a PhD student on plant-pollinator networks at the University of Regensburg in the groups of Theoretical Ecology, Conservation Biology, and Molecular Ecology and Conservation Genetics.
Research Interests
My research interests focus on plant ecology, pollinators, and biodiversity in the context of global ecological change. I am interested in combining fieldwork and laboratory research with machine learning approaches to investigate trait matching in plant-pollinator networks at high spatial and temporal resolutions.
