As soon as the reports have been received by the faculty administration, the public display period (14 days) will begin and you will receive an e-mail asking you to“notify us of the date for the colloquium (opens in a new window). (This PDF is not accessible)”.
If your doctoral project involves a ‘Summa’ procedure, the period between receipt of the reports and the start of the public display period will be longer.
Please note that your colloquium cannot take place until at least one day after the public display period has ended.
If you are planning to hold your colloquium via Zoom as well as in person, please contact the chair of your examination board. They will create a Zoom link and send it to us by email.
