There is a demand for highly qualified HR professionals who, in addition to sound legal knowledge (particularly in employment and social law as well as corporate law), possess the business, educational and psychological expertise required for HRM.
The ‘LLM HRM’ programme, jointly designed by academics and practitioners, therefore combines academically sound specialist knowledge with the practical relevance that is crucial for day-to-day professional life.
It is specifically tailored to lawyers who work in the HR sector of companies, public authorities, associations, law firms or consultancy firms, or who aspire to such a role.
