Aims and content
The University of Regensburg uses the BITE applicant management software to integrate and digitise its application and recruitment processes for non-academic staff. This makes procedures more efficient, transparent and structured by standardising processes, reducing processing times and improving the traceability of individual steps.
Training courses are offered to support this, which are made available via the GRIPS (external link, opens in a new window) learning platform.
