An application for the recognition of credits earned externally may only be submitted once, and must be done within the first semester following (re)enrolment at the UR. This also applies to a change of degree programme within the UR.

Applications for the recognition of academic achievements completed as part of a period of study abroad must be submitted promptly after the degree is awarded.

Once the examination to be recognised has been taken, recognition is no longer possible. Similarly, students are not permitted to subsequently withdraw from recognitions that have already been granted.

One academic semester is credited for every 30 recognised credit points (advancement to a higher level!).

Unless otherwise stated, please submit the recognition documents – preferably by email – to the programme coordinator for Chemistry/business chemistry, Dr Claudia Wanninger-Weiß.
