By participating, our teachers were able to gain an insight into current developments in empirical educational research and contribute to more empirically verified knowledge about subject-specific teaching and learning processes and thus to an improvement in the quality of teaching and teacher training in the long term.

It was also important to us to recognise this special commitment appropriately and make it visible, for example by officially identifying the school - or, depending on individual wishes, the teachers personally - as a cooperation partner and issuing a certificate for participation in FALKO-PV, which can be used, for example, as proof of qualification, for presentation in appraisals, etc.
